Sherlock Holmes to be staged at hall

An adaptation of The Casebook of Sherlock Holmes is coming to Gunby Hall and Gardens as part of an open-air garden theatre tour.

Chapterhouse Theatre Company will stage the production at the Spilsby venue on Saturday at 7pm.

Its writer, Laura Turner, said: “The show is designed to appeal to fans of the Sherlock Holmes canon as well as those who have not yet discovered the infamous detective; everyone can enjoy the twists and turns of this exhilarating murder mystery.”

There is a 10 per cent discount available for parties of 10 or more. Gates open at 6pm. Guests are invited to bring their own rugs or low-backed seating, and a picnic.
