An exhibition of large sculptural ceramic garden lights is to be held in Alford.
Having made sculptural shapes for decoration for the last three exhibitions, Michel Ducos decided it was time to make sculptures with a purpose.
These structures are based on buildings ranging from mud houses from far away Mali to traditional English country homes.
With electric light shining through windows and openings, they create a magical display in gardens, patios or conservatories.
Made of stoneware paperclay they can be left outside all year.
The exhibition at Alford Pottery, in Commercial Road, is open April 14-26, 9am-5pm.
Admission is free.
