The Skegness Freestyle Kickboxing club’s Chief Instructor Ross Flay and Instructor Lee Foley recently travelled to Manchester to take their 4th Dan black belt grading.

Both Ross and Lee have been instructors at the club since it was started by the pair in 2005.

Having being 3rd Dan black belts for four years it was time for them to take on the 4th Dan gradings.

Ross and Lee showcased their skills in front of Grand Masters, Masters and fellow black belts which made up the black belt panel.

Ross Flay said: “Having trainied and graded many students since being a black belt and an instructor I was very proud to complete my 4th Dan black belt alongside Lee, who I have trained with for over 10 years,

“It’s also great for our students as we can now grade up to 3rd Dan black belts here in Skegness,” he added.
