Trainer Jennie Candlish and Jockey Sean Quinlan, who combined to win two of the main races at the last meeting, look to be taking aim for more prizemoney when racing returns to the Lincolnshire on Thursday.

The pair enjoyed victory with Catchmeifyoucan and Outcrop earlier this month, while Quinlan completed a memorable treble on Teescomponents Lad in the featured Pertemps Series qualifier.

Four Handicaps, which present a real puzzle for punters are part of a seven race card - and they have attracted almost 100 entries between them.

Quinlan is already booked to ride Click and Collect in the staying Handicap Hurdle and Pakie’s Dream - a winner at Mussleburgh at the start of this week, in the three mile Chase.

Market Rasen is delighted to welcome back Mansionbet, who return to sponsor the entire seven race card.

Racecourse officials will also be closely following the winning horse in the final race, the National Hunt Flat Race, as a year ago it was won by Third Time Lucki, who went on to finish fourth in the Champion Bumper at the Cheltenham Festival, and was the first British trained horse home.
