SADRC's personal best times

A total of 22 members competed over the scenic course around Nene Valley Park.

Will Kelly finished first in 59.12, followed quickly by second-place Paul Jackson two seconds later.

Other results: Chris Sweeny (1:11.32, 34th), Andy Shelton (1:11.32), Angela Thompson (1:14.25 PB,fourth lady), Leanne Rickett (1:17.52), Charmane Holgate (1:22.56), Martin Chapman (1:14.26 PB), Samantha Fox (1:25.47 PB).

Sanjiv Jain and Jackie Cooper took part in the Long Sutton 10k, Sanjiv finishing in 1:20.58 and Jackie clocking a PB of 1:07.58.

Belton House hosted the third Lincs League Cross Country meeting of the season.

Jason Stainton finished 32nd ahead of teammates Matt West in 40th and Andy Gledin in 65th.

In the ladies’ race, Tammy Rainbow was sixth.

At the Mega Challenge in Northampton, Guy Hatton, Emma Marshall-Telfer and Louise Darrington took part in gruelling events.

Guy and Louise completed the marathon distance and Emma completed an outstanding 50k on a very windy, but lovely course.

The Rutland 10k saw SADRC’s Sophie Booth, Sonja Dexter, Lora Hawkins, Samantha Fox, Becky Lee, Lee Cook, Katy and Leon Hockman, Sarah Smith and Shawn and Sarah Thomas take part, glow stiks et al.
