Skegness Men’s Darts League

TWO missing result sheets this week, in division two, Bell Hotel v Seaview Boys, and in division three, Lilywhites Bullies v Adams Family.
Two points are therefore deducted from the Bell Hotel and Lilywhites Bullies, as per rule seven.
In division one, WMC Steelers enjoyed a 12-0 whitewash, with Carl Abbiss hitting a 180 for the Steelers.
Five man Finnigans Hotshots went down 10-2 to Bell Oyl, with Mark Simmons hitting a 180 for the Bell.
In the final game in division one, the New Park A took the first two singles against Ex-Service Cobras, before the Cobras took the remaining singles and all the doubles.
Ian Hutchins hit five sheet shots and a 16 dart leg for the Cobras.
With the Welcome cancelling their game against the Ex-Service Sports, and no sheet from the Bell, the Ex-Service 501s against the WMC Aces was the only game in division two, with the 501s running out 9-3 winners.
Division three saw five man Ex-Service A beat the Welcome Hillbillies, having been all square after the singles. The Ex-Service took the first two pairs to record a 7-5 win.
Liberal Us and Royal Oak battled out a 6-6 draw, with the Oak leading 6-4 going into the last pairs, before M Reeson and G Gregg held their nerve to win, and got the draw, with M Reeson hitting two 140s.
There are three outstanding games which need rearranging as soon as possible. They are, division one, Bell Oyl v Steelers, Wainfleet Outsiders v New Park; division two, Welcome Anchors v Ex-Service Sports.
On Friday, January 21, the trebles night will be held at the Seaview, with entry on the night priced at £3 per team.
Registration will take place at 8.15pm, and the action will start at 8.30pm.
