Skegness and District running Club’s Kerry McCrainor made a terrific return to racing after four months out with injury, by posting a personal best time.
She clocked 1:04.25 in the sunshine at the Thorney 10k on Sunday.
Kerry was paced around the flat out-and-back course by fellow club member Steve Langford (both pictured)who crossed the line alongside Kerry, recording an equal finish time.
Stephen Bark was blessed with glorious conditions and spectacular views whilst taking on the Edale Skyline fell race in Derbyshire, also on Sunday.
Stephen was pleased to complete the 21-mile race, which included a colossal 4,300ft of ascent, in 3:53.15 taking 81st place of the 293 starters.
