The July 8 meeting of Fenland Bridge Club saw Laurie Gittins and Una Burkitt finish on top.

Their score of 65 per cent was enough to see off challenges from Margaret Allen and Gillian Roberts, who finished second, and third-placed Ian and Isobel Ladds.

Results: 1 Laurie Gittins & Una Burkitt 65%, 2 Margaret Allen & Gillian Roberts 58%, 3 Ian & Isobel Ladds 48%.
