Skegness United will report back for pre-season training on Tuesday, and chairman Jack McGuigan says the club are relishing the chance for their ‘new era’ to finally begin.
The squad, including some new recruits, will report back for duty at Skegness Water Leisure Park next week.
“We are so excited about pre-season, finally getting a chance to work with the quality players that were already at United and the new quality players we are bringing into the club,” Mr McGuigan said.
“This is a new era for Skegness United and one we are relishing.
“We have three new coaches at the club who will make pre-season training very professional and will get the lads spot on for the start of the season.”
The close season has seen United recruit Gary Edgley, John Barker and Scott Daley to the management team.
And their backroom staff have also been handed a boost with four recruits to the conditioning and training team - Harry Ralph, Arun Gray, Chris Reynolds and Sam Alaidi
Pre-season fixtures will be announced soon.
