United strengthen their backroom team

Skegness United have appointed four new members to their backroom staff.

Harry Ralph, Arun Gray, Chris Reynolds and Sam Alaidi will join the conditioning and training team, as the United aim to get an edge over their rivals in the Lincolnshire League next season.

Reynolds is a UEFA B level three qualified coach and has also completed his UEFA A preparatory course at Newcastle United.

He can boast more than 15 years of experience coaching all agaes from adults to juniors, both here and abroad.

He is currently a coach at the Pro-Touch Football Academy and has worked with the academy teams at both Southend United and Histon.

Gray has a degree in sports science and works as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.

His is currently studying for a Masters degree in sports therapy and has worked as a sports scientist for the Premier League and Cambridge United.

Ralph has a BSc in sports therapy and has worked with Corby Town, Stamford Town and Desborough Town.

Completing the quartet is Sam.

He is a fully-qualified personal trainer based at the New Era Gym, specialising in strength condition and fitness work.

He has previously helped United players get into shape during pre-season training.
