Skegness Town’s scheduled warm-up friendly against Pinchbeck had to be postponed on Saturday because the Peterborough League side were unable to raise a team.

The fixture was rescheduled to take place last night (Tuesday).

On Saturday the Lilywhites have a double header against Clifton at Burgh Road.

Kicking off at 12.30pm, Town’s second string will take on Clifton Reserves, followed at about 3pm by the two clubs’ first XIs crossing swords.

The Lilywhites have drawn away at Market Rasen in the early round of the Balcan Lighting Supplies Lincolnshire League Challenge Cup competition.

Skegness United have a first-round bye.
