EDITOR - On behalf of the Skegness Hospital Watch, I should like to thank most sincerely those businesses in Skegness and Ingoldmells, and also the residents of Skegness and District for their contributions towards raffle prizes for our meeting on May 6.
Thankyou also for the donations we received.
We have made £330, which of course is towards our fundraising efforts for the new diagnostic equipment required in the accident and emergency department at Skegness Hospital.
This equiment will assist in the diagnosis of patients presenting with heart damage, kidney damage and severe infection
It will also assist with patients on the Wards.
We have a long way to go yet and anyone wishing to make a contribution, no matter how small can send their donations to myself at ‘Maureen Mier (Chairman), Bilbury, 1 Old School Close, Ingoldmells, PE25 1FD’ or Geoff Poulter at 6 Merrills Way, Ingoldmells.
Any cheques should be made made payable to Skegness Hospital.
Please support our efforts as this equipment is really important to save people being sent to Boston, when more often than not, their problems can be resolved locally.
Once again our sincere appreciation.
