LETTER: Praise for care home

I am a resident at Vale View, which is sheltered accommodation, and have come to Skegness, initially for a holiday, but also to visit Monsignor Dazeley at the Catholic Church, who was my parish priest for many years at Holy Trinity in Newark.

I unfortunately was involved in a car accident in 1979, which left me unable to walk or even think properly, as I received a severe head injury.

I am at Syne Hills at the moment, for only a week, unfortunately, but am unable to express my gratitude to them for all the care and attention that I have received from all the staff, who cannot do enough for me. They are, without doubt, the most patient and caring people that I have experienced whilst disabled.
