Worksop: Help make our parks 'fit for a Queen' in community clean-up event
To celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday this year, Bassetlaw Council is inviting residents to clean up open spaces in the area as a gift 'to her and to us all.'
First of will be King’s Park in Retford on Friday, March 5 from 10am to 12pm. The Canch will be cleaned on Saturday, March 5 from 10am to 12pm followed by Langold Country Park on Sunday, March 6 from 10am to 2pm. Equipment will be provided.
