Walkers raise money for charity

Service users from Linkage Community Trust took part in a charity walk to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

The event, on June 6, was opened by Kev Beach who was retiring from the company after many years’ service.

The walk took place around local bridal ways in Toynton All Saints and raised around £120.

Based at Toynton Hall, near Spilsby, Linkage is a registered charity providing care, specialist further education and employment services to help people with learning disabilities realise their potential.

Learners and service users are people with varying degrees of learning disability, including down’s syndrome, autism, asperger syndrome, williams syndrome, fragile x syndrome, speech and language difficulties, visual and hearing impairment, epilepsy or physical disabilities.
