A social group teaching life skills is aiming to put the buzz back into the Tower Gardens in Skegness by organising a summer event.
Skegness Live and Learn are inviting residents and visitors to go “Back In Time”, with the help of the Village Church Farm Museum who will be promoting their activities.
Exhibits will range from the Medieval era to 1940s and attractions include birds of prey, archery, a junior marching band, Top Limitz Dance Group. dog agility, a wood turner and a bouncy castle. There will be charity stalls and Church Farm are hoping to take along a real cow so visitors can have a go at milking.
Coun Maggie Gray is involved with the Live and Learn group and said: “These events have been organised to expand the group and provide entertainment for the residents and tourists. If these events go well then next year we will be raising money for local charities throughout the summer, but we need to raise money this year to be able to pay for it.”
