SHOW - Touring company Hambledon Productions is set to bring its latest show, Educating Rita, to local towns in April and May - including Willoughby on Tuesday and Spilsby early next month.

“Educating Rita is our very exciting new production,” said a spokesperson “This phenomenally successful show has received huge plaudits for the writer Willy Russell and we have secured an exclusive licence to perform across Lincolnshire and beyond in April and May.

“It’s our most ambitious and exciting tour to date. The production is visiting 17 different venues, so chances are, if we’re not performing in your town or village, then we’ll certainly be within calling distance!

“This production is being directed by award-winning director Daniel Slater complete with an original score by award-winning composer Mark-Anthony Turnage.

“Tickets are already on sale via our website and at box-offices,” they added.

The show will stop off at Willoughby Village Hall next Tuesday (April 23) at 7.30pm.

It will also stop off at the Meridale Centre in Sutton-on-Sea on Monday (April 22), also at 7.30pm.

It will appear at Spilsby Theatre on Tuesday, May 7 at 7.30pm. Ticket prices vary. Call 01472 388 019 for more information, or to buy tickets.
