Thousands of people flocked to Spilsby Show yesterday for a spectacular sunshine extravaganza.
Organisers had feared the show at the Pavilion Recreation Ground would be hit by the torrential downpours of the day before.
However, the skies cleared and the showground was buzzing with people and attractions.
Highlights included a 10k race, Tony Butler’s Exotic Animals and Owl Encounters and a Battle of Britain flypast, as well as a march by in the main ring by members of the Royal British Legion.
There was also a return of the popular Heavy Horse Show, a dog show and displays.
