TEN YEARS AGO: Sari night in support of firefighters
A charity sari night at Nasim’s Indian Restaurant, Spilsby, raised about £120 in aid of firefighters and their families 10 years ago
The restaurant, in Stones Lane, Spilsby, was full for the event, with between 50 and 60 people attending.
Female diners received free saris to wear for the fundraiser, which included a three-course meal.
