Art that speaks volumes about Skegness is on show and it’s purpose is to raise cash for Skegness lifeboat and the local community art scene,

Colour Sketches of Skegness by local artist Malcolm Tait is on show at the

Embassy Theatre Gallery Space.

Sealed bids for paintings are left by visitors and these won’t be known until they are all opened on April 7.

Pollyanne Trapmore-Shaw, theatre manager, said there had been a lot of

interest and genuine awe at the magnificence of the work which aims to raise cash for the Skegness Lifeboat Station and the gallery space which will make art more accessible to the community.

The exhibition continues until April 20th.
