Bad weather has forced the suspension of roadworks in Skegness town centre.
Resurfacing work scheduled to take place on Lumley Road has been on hold since last Wednesday due to the poor weather conditions. It is hoped that the weather will have improved enough to finish the job next week.
During the works a road closure will be in place between Clock Tower roundabout and Rutland Road from 7.30am to 6pm. A diversion route will be in place via A52 Roman Bank, Scarborough Avenue and Grand Parade.
It is hoped that, weather permitting, the work will be completed in two days.
