Caterex 2016 is set to return to the Richmond Holiday Centre from February 10 to 11, covering all aspects of hotel and B&B catering and the hospitality industry.
With stands featuring everything from furniture to kitchen equipment and food, there will be 100 live demonstrations.
Visitors and exhibitors are expected from all over the region, including as far away as Cleethorpes, Boston and Spalding.
June Howard, business development manager at the Skegness East Coast and Wolds Hospitality Association (SECWHA), said: “This year the event is under new management and is set to be bigger than ever.
“Caterex is the first big push of the year for the new season and we are really excited about this one, with new ideas and new exhibitors.
“People who come to stay along the coast are looking for more than a traditional big breakfast and fish and chips. Many want gluten free, vegetarian or to sample a Taste of Lincolnshire and visitors will be able to sample them at the exhibition.
“There will also be some show specials where people can pick up a bargain.”
Stands are filling up fast but anyone interested in exhibiting can email firstname.lastname@example.org. To book tickets call Richmond Holiday Centre in Richmond Drive 01754 767300.
