The head office of Seacroft Mobility at Croft suffered severe damage in a fire yesterday (Wednesday).
Fire crews were at the scene for several hours battling the blaze which engulfed the whole building and damaged two vehicles.
Nearby residents were advised by the Fire Service to keep doors and windows shut to prevent smoke entering their homes.
In a post on the Skegness Skegness Facebook site Robert Swain, from Seacroft Mobility, said: “On behalf of Seacroft Mobility, we would like to say a huge thank you for all the kind words and support that’s been coming in following the news of our head office fire. We would like to take this opportunity to say that business is open as usual and all shops are running as normal. If you have any enquires please contact your local Seacroft Mobility store.”
The cause of the fire, which broke out at about 4.47pm, is still being investigated.
