Following the success of last year’s event, The Lincs Goldwings will be heading down to Skegness on Saturday (September 26) for another Light Parade.
The event will once again help raise money for the Skegness Lifeboat Station. With a variety of Goldwing models expected to be on show, visitors to the event will see the group ride down the promenade.
“Our aim is to meet and simply enjoy each other’s company, visit interesting places and raise money for the Lifeboat charity along the way,” said event organiser, Mark Sands. “If you own a Goldwing, please do come along and join in the fun.”
There will be a static display from 10am with stalls and the parade will depart from the RNLI Station at 7pm.
Hildreds centre manager, Steve Andrews, said: “We are expecting over 100 Goldwing bikers to attend this fantastic event. It will be magnificent to watch them parade through the street of Skegness. There will also be two Goldwing bikes outside the front of the centre.”
