Skegness was ‘so racing’ when the resort again played host to the annual Amateur Motorcycle Association (AMCA) Beach Race.
The event, now in its sixth year, was held on a purpose-built course on Central Beach on Saturday and Sunday.
It featured youth, veteran, and adult classes, as well as quad and sidecar action.
East Lindsey District Council once again sponsored the event, describing it as a chance to help extend the traditional visitor season.
“I’d like to thank the AMCA team for delivering another first class Beach Race in Skegness,” said portfolio holder for coastal economy Coun Steve Kirk.
“The event once again brought a significant number of people into the resort at what is ordinarily a quieter time of the year.
“We very much look forward to seeing AMCA the same time next year.”
