Chapel St Leonards Parish Council is holding a special meeting next week to approve its final budget for 2015/16.
The meeting takes place on Tuesday, January 20 in the parish office, Ancaster Avenue. There will be a public forum starting 10am, where members of the public can make statements and ask questions. The council meeting will start after this, but no later than 10.30am.
It will be followed by a meeting of the parish council events committee. Agenda items include a review of the Christmas lights switch-on and preparations for a music event planned for August Bank Holiday weekend. Members of the public can attend the committee meeting, but may only speak with permission from a member.
