A talented photographer, originally from Skegness, has landed an exclusive place in a cultural exhibition in Lincoln.

Zoe Clark, who now lives in Louth and runs the Duo Event Photography studio, has a stunning snapshot of the beach huts at Chapel Point in the Museum of Lincolnshire Life’s latest exhibition, which is now underway.

Zoe, who caught the scene (pictured) by chance, said: “I was originally intending to get a day time photograph but I had been running late with things during the day.

“My daughters were in the car and I just happened to stop and see that amazing sunset. It was quite a scene which I had to take a photograph of.

The photograph features in the exhibition as part of a photography group called the Shutterchimps, which is an amateur group.

“It is lovely that a photo of the area will feature in the county exhibition. I’m proud to be able to show our beautiful area and be part of the exhibition,” added Zoe.

Since picking up a camera, just a few years ago as a hobby to pass the time when she first moved to the area, her talent has gone from strength-to-strength and led to the start of her budding photography studio business.

“I originally began by taking photographs of the beach and quite a few copies of that photograph [Chapel Point] have been sold,” explained Zoe.

“My hobby has now grown into an exciting business and I’m thrilled; it’s really gone from strength-to-strength,” said Zoe.
