A networking event is taking place for artists and performers wishing to be part of the 2015 SO Festival in East Lindsey
Artists, performers, dance schools and amateur arts groups are invited to attend the SO Festival 2015 Lincolnshire Arts Networking Day.
The event, which will take place in the upstairs room at Lincoln Drill Hall at 2pm on February 9, is open to anyone with an interest in becoming involved with the festival.
Artistic director Lorna Fulton said: “It is not only an opportunity for us to present SO Festival’s history and future ambitions, but also a chance for us to meet you and answer any questions you may have on the festival.”
Lorna will take part in a networking session after the main presentation.
This year the SO Festival will be organised by Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure and Culture - a partner to East Lindsey District Council. Since 2009, the council has worked with Arts Council England to stage what has become one of the East Midlands’ largest and most diverse outdoor cultural events.
Between June 25 and July 5 2015, SO Festival will transform Skegness and seven market towns across the district into an international outdoor arts venue with spectacular events, art and performance.
Anyone who would like to attend the networking event is asked to register their interest by calling Katie-Louise Green on 01507 613449 or emailing
