New appeal for Witnesses to May 14 Roman Bank road collision

Police are renewing an appeal to a crash that occurred around 12.04am on Wednesday, May 14, in Ingoldmells at Jacksons Corner, Roman Bank, Skegness.

Five people were hurt in the collision and emergency services were called shortly after midnight in response to the single vehicle RTC.

It involved an orange Peugeot 206, registration number T525 TDU.

Some of the occupants received serious injuries.

All the injured people have since been discharged from hospital and some require ongoing out patient treatment.

A witness has mentioned remembering over-taking a black coloured vehicle, just prior to the collision.

Police are now issuing a further appeal for any witnesses to come forward, including a possible witness from a black vehicle that may have been over-taken by the Peugeot at around that time.

The investigating officer for this incident is PC 713 Sam Hall at Boston Road Policing Unit (RPU).
