A meeting to press for road safety improvements on the A158 between Skegness and Burgh le Marsh is taking place tonight (Friday, January 30).
Burgh resident Sam Allison has arranged the meeting which is being held at The Moody Cow pub in Ingoldmells from 6pm. Measures to be considered include a reduction in the speed limit and installation of speed cameras.
Concerns over safety on the road have been raised after 16 year old student Jess Dunning died in a road traffic collision on the road last month. Jess was waiting for a bus on the A158 opposite the Southview Park Hotel, Skegness at the time of the accident.
