Man suspected of burglary in Derbyshire caught by police

A man suspected of committing burglary has been caught by PCSOs from Louth, Alford, Mablethorpe, according to a police Twitter feed,

Louth Police tweeted about the incident earlier today (Saturday) and said: “One male arrested on susp of burglary thanks to @MaboAlfordPol PCSOs - spotted a stolen vehicle, male decamped and caught by PCSOs #teamwork”

According to the police the vehicle was first sighted on A1031, near Theddlethorpe, with the male leaving it in a farmyard on the A52, near to Mumby.

They said the vehicle was stolen in a burglary in Derbyshire last night adding that the man was on route to custody and that the vehicle would be recovered and returned to owner.
