Two long serving members of Spilsby town council have stood down.
Coun Arline Cadman and Coun Winston Baugh have left the council ahead of next year’s election. Coun Cadman has been replaced by Coun Wesley Everton who has lived in the area all his life and is keen to help in the shaping of Spilsby to meet the needs of residents.
Coun Baugh will not be a replaced until the council election in May.
Nominations for councillors will soon open for the election, which will be on the same day as the General Election on May 7. Anyone interested in becoming a town councillor should contact town clerk Bonny Smith on 01790 753189 or email email@example.com.
