Skegness based rock and blues band ‘Hooch’, will be appearing in a free gig at The Crown Hotel, Skegness on Saturday, June 1st.

They comprise Kev Glenville (guitar) Malc Ward (bass guitar/vocals) Wayne Williamson (drums) and Trev Lewis-Bettison (harmonica/vocals).

They are heavily influenced by bands such as Led Zeppelin, and The Muddy Waters Band, but their set has also been known to include songs by bands like T-Rex, and Stevie Wonder.

Hooch have been playing together for about three years and have played all over the county, receiving some great reviews along the way.

“We are really excited to be playing at The Crown Hotel again. Everyone in the band has played there at some point over the last few years, although admittedly not with this line-up”, said Trevor Bettison.

We fully expect there to be a great atmosphere, so why not come down and see us?” He added.

The gig is scheduled to begin at around 9pm and admission is free.
