Lincolnshire Police conduct PCSO role review survey

Lincolnshire Police
Lincolnshire Police

The county’s Police is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of the role of PCSOs to help ensure that they continue to focus on what matters most to our communities.

Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) have now been in place in the county for 10 years.

Lincollshire Police say PCSOs are a visible, uniformed presence on the streets and in our communities, helping to improve the quality of life and offering greater public reassurance.

Lincolnshire Police force is committed to retaining PCSO’s as a fundamental part of its community policing approach in the county.

An important part of the review is to gather and assess the views of PCSOs who have been doing the job, partner agencies who work with PCSOs and most importantly the views of the Lincolnshire public.

If you feel you would like to share your personal experience, views and expectations of PCSOs, you can ake part in their on-line survey.

This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

All responses will be recorded anonymously.

The survey will close on Monday, June 9.
