Spilsby Fen county councillor Victoria Ayling has topped the poll at the recent elections to the UKIP National Executive Committee.
Coun Ayling, who was the UKIP Parliamentary Candidate for Great Grimsby in the General Election, came first in the ballot of 42 contenders.
She said: “I am honoured to have been elected to the post, and to have topped the poll. The NEC must be a strong and united force behind Nigel Farage, to steer UKIP to fight to get us out of the European Union.
“I have stuck with the party I wholeheartedly believe in through good and bad and now look forward to the fight of our lives to get our beloved country back.”
