What ingredients do you have to mix together to get a typical day in the Skegness area?
Which places have to feature, what noises would you have to hear, and what sights do you need to see to know that you are among miles of golden sands and enjoying an area that is ‘SO bracing’?
The answer to that must surely vary for each individual but I think you might be surprised at how many recurring elements we all have in the lives we live right here.
The Standard will be marking the longest day of the year on Friday with a unique project - and we would love a bit of help from you.
On Friday, June 21, our journalists will be out and about recording some aspect of life in the area - in just 15 seconds.
That may mean capturing the sunrise or day-to-day life.
What we would like you, our army of readers, to do is join in and send us your own photos and short clips.
We will then post them online and on our social media sites for all to see.
Send your Longest Day photos and videos to email@example.com.
And don’t forget to also check out the Twitter hash-tag #Longestlocalday to see your efforts and those of readers on sister titles across the UK!
