Rotary supports Stroke Awareness

THE ROTARY Club of Skegness recently supported a Stroke Awareness campaign which was held at Butlins during a motorcycle weekend.

Local GPs Dr Stephen Baird and Rotarian Dr Ross Good, tested l75 of the bikers to record their blood pressure to ensure they were aware of the warning signs of a stroke or heart attack.

“This worthwhile exercise within the community is carried out every April and October at Butlins Holiday Camp Skegness. The Rotary Club of Skegness would like to thank Butlins for their continued support,” said a spokesperson.
