Staff from across the health and care service in Lincolnshire will be hearing the concerns of the patients at a special meeting next month.
The Listening Event, on Thursday, November 6 at East Lindsey District Council’s Manby office is the latest in a series of consultations with the public.
It is designed to bring together all sectors of the health and care community to listen to the experiences of patients first hand
Chief nurse, Lincolnshire East Clinical Commissioning Group Tracy Pilcher said: “This is the fourth Listening Event held in Lincolnshire and we would really appreciate it if people felt able to give up a couple of hours of their time to come and tell us about their experiences of local health and care services.
“Listening to what people tell us about their experiences helps us to ensure that the care provided to patients, carers and their families across Lincolnshire is safe and of the highest quality.”
Patients, carers and family members are asked to come to Tedder Hall between 2 – 4pm and share their personal experiences of healthcare services in an environment that will encourage open and honest feedback.
The Lincolnshire CCGs will be represented, as will United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Lincolnshire Community Health Services and Lincolnshire County Council.
