The spook is being put into shopping with Halloween fun at the Hildreds Centre.
Bring the little ones along on Friday October 31 from 3-5pm for some creepy capers at the shopping centre in Skegness.
The Hildreds is encouraging children to dress up in their ghoulish Halloween costumes and take part in its specially devised monster trail accompanied by their parents.
On the creepy trail children will see pictures of scary monsters in shop windows along with staff dressed in costumes. Youngsters can ‘trick or treat’ in the shops and collect a sweet reward!
But the fun doesn’t end there. As an extra Halloween treat shoppers will have the opportunity to meet and greet The Hildreds very own Minions with Gru - characters taken from the movie Despicable Me - and take photos with them. Upload your photos on to The Hildred’s Facebook and Twitter pages with the hashtag #HildredsHalloween and you could win one of the life-size Minions to take home!
Hildreds centre manager Steve Andrews said: “It’s not always safe for children to go trick or treating on their neighbourhood. By organising a monster trail at The Hildreds we are giving youngsters a safe and controlled environment to get involved in some Halloween fun. There will also be a prize for the most ghastly costume on the day.”
Gru and the Minions will be back in the centre on Saturday, November 1 from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm to extend the Halloween fun.
