School children from Alford, Willoughby and Skegness have contributed towards a new charity cook book.

The children and their familiesanswered Home-Start East Lindsey’s call for recipes along the theme of “What shall we have for tea?”, with the best entries going into the cook book.

The final book contains over 40 delicious healthy recipes from children and families across the district, with a couple of special submissions from some famous names.

Kathryn Laverack, Volunteer Community Fundraiser said: “ We are just so excited to see this book in print and we want to say a really big thank you to all the children who shared their favourite recipes with us.

“With all this hard work we hope we have managed to produce a book that will make tea times easier and more fun for families across the district and raise some much needed funds.”
