Cyclists and low-level drug dealing in Skegness raised as concerns

Cyclists on a Skegness estate have left residents too scared to leave their homes, a councillor has said.

Coun Mark Smith raised the problem on the Gleneagles estate with Inspector Andy Morrice at Wednesday’s Skegness town Council meeting.

He also expressed fears that ‘low-level drug dealing’ was being tolerated in the town and called for a ‘zero tolerance approach’.
