Woman driver allegedly collides with post on Roman Bank

A woman was arrested after a road traffic collision occurred at 11.15pm on Saturday on Roman Bank, Skegness.

A silver Ford Focus collided with a post and a woman driver and a male passenger allegedly left the scene.

Two people were later arrested. The man was released without charge.

The driver, a 40-year-old woman from Leamington Spa, was charged with theft, no insurance, failure to stop and failure to report and failure to provide a breath test.

She has been bailed to appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on December 3, 2013.

Any witnesses should quote ‘incident number 519 of November 16’.
