A 30-year-old woman who assaulted two staff members at a Skegness lawyers’ office, has absconded from court as she was awaiting sentence.

Kelly Patricia McGoran, of Harvest Way, Skegness, had previously been convicted of assaulting Ellen Willows and Sara Walker at the offices of solicitors Bridge McFarland in Lumley Avenue on April 8 last year and after a court hearing on April 8 this year, was remanded on bail until May 13 when she was due to be sentenced following a medical report.

However, although she attended Skegness Magistrates’ Court for sentencing yesterday (Tuesday), she absconded before her hearing could begin.

Magistrates issued a warrant for her arrest without bail.
