Skegness CID officers have appealed for information over two recent burglaries in neighbouring properties in the town’s Firbeck Avenue.

DC Emily Wooll-Rivers issued the plea after the thefts overnight between March 23 and 24.

“Entry was forced to a garage at one of the addresses and then two sheds at the rear were also targeted,” she said.

“Items stolen included Bosch power tools, golf clubs and electric golf trolley, a generator and a white, silver and yellow ‘Giant’ racing bike.

“It is possible that the offenders may have loaded the stolen items into a bike trailer - the type used to transport small children - so witnesses are being sought who make have seen one leaving the area,” she added.

Anyone with information should contact DC Wooll-Rivers by dialling 101 and quoting ‘incidents 117 and 120 of March 24’.
