THE members of Skegness Crime Prevention Panel are set to hold their popular annual crime prevention gala day in Tower Gardens on Sunday, July 29 between 10am and 4pm.
The event is held in partnership with Skegness Police,
“This will be a fun day with many stalls, provided by the Skegness Carnival Committee, in the gardens selling and displaying a host of items from bric a brac, face painting, household items, information, rides and displays,” said a spokesperson.
“The Crime Prevention Panel will have a stall displaying all types of informative leaflets and displaying personal and home security alarms, property marker pens for the home and industry, door chains, viewers and garden shed security items.
“Members of the panel will also be available to give advice on general and everyday personal and property security.
“Together with PCSOs from Wainfleet they will also provide free post code property marking for items including, mobile telephones, Ipods, pedal cycles and mobility scooters,” they added.
Members of the Lisa Jane Stage Institute will also be performing dance routines throughout the day and there will be visits from Skegg The Viking and Badger Bill.
Hot food and drink will be available provided by the Skegness Carnival Committee.
