Police have urged the public to beware a suspicious vehicle in the area after incidents in Great Steeping, Mablethorpe and Market Rasen.
On July 29 a vehicle enetered the premises of a stud in Great Steeping.
Police said a male was then stopped trying to enter one of the out buildings and, when challenged, he stated that he was doing some road repairs in the area and asked if the owner wanted any Tarmac laying.
Police added the vehicle’s registration was DN60 BTZ and that it had been spotted in similar circumstances in Mablethorpe and Market Rasen.
“If you have any information in regard to the vehicle, please call 101 or email me at Robert.Ovington@lincs.pnn.police.uk,” said PCSO Robert Ovington.
