Gang breaks man’s arm in several places outside Chapel St Leonards home

POLICE in Chapel St Leonards have appealed for information after a gang of men broke a man’s arm outside his home.

The serious assault occurred in St Leonards Drive at around 8.50pm on Tuesday.

A group of five or six men approached an address and assaulted a 44-year-old resident on the driveway, fracturing his arm in more than one place.

The offenders then left in a silver or grey vehicle described as sporty type saloon, possibly a Volvo. The injured man was taken to Boston’s Pilgrim Hospital where he required surgery on his arm.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who saw suspicious activity or vehicles in the St Leonards Drive area, is asked to contact DC David Webb at Skegness Police Station and quote ‘incident 429 or April 24’.
