MEMBERS of the Skegness Crime Prevention Panel, in partnership with Skegness Police, are again set to hold their popular annual crime prevention gala day in Tower Gardens.

The event will take place on Sunday, July 29 between 10am and 4pm.

“This will be a fun day with many stalls, provided by the Skegness Carnival Committee, in the gardens selling and displaying a host of items from bric-a-brac, face painting, household items, information, rides and displays,” said a spokesperson.

The Crime Prevention Panel will have a stall displaying all types of leaflets and displaying personal and home security alarms, property marker pens for the home and industry, door chains, viewers and garden shed security items.

Members of the panel will also be available to give advice.

Together with PCSOs from Wainfleet they will also provide free post code marking for valuable items.

Members of the Lisa Jane Stage Institute will perform dance routines on the day and there will be visits from Skegg The Viking and Badger Bill. Hot Food and drink will be available.

Stalls are available at £10 each and can be booked through the secretary on 01754 762645.
