Jason Moore, 51, of Sunningdale Drive, Skegness. At Skegness, in Castleton Boulevard, on October 8, committed assault by beating. £200 fine. £100 compensation to pay. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At the same location, on the same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked. No separate penalty.

BLADE

Josef White, 20, of Roman Bank, Skegness. At Skegness, in Dorothy Avenue, had with him, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a kitchen knife with a 12cm blade. £200 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs.

COMMUNICATIONS

David Stewart, 36, of Scarborough Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, on October 5, persistently made use of a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Andrew Cheetham, 42, of Rural Lane, Sheffield. At Skegness, at the Southview Leisure Park, on July 26, damaged a caravan to the value of £500, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £369 fine. £37 victim surcharge. £135 costs. At the same location, on the same date, damaged a vehicle of an unknown value belonging to Lincolnshire Police, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £34 compensation to pay.
