Kadey Blackwell, 26, of High Street, Wainfleet. At Wainfleet, committed assault by beating. £40 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £85 costs. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order imposed for an offence of battery. No action taken on breach.

Liam Robinson, 26, of Alma Avenue, Skegness. At Skegness, assaulted a police constable acting in the exercise of their functions as an emergency worker. £120 fine. £100 compensation to pay. £40 costs.

Rowan Allerton, 27, of Colville Square, Kensington and Chelsea, London. At Skegness, in Roman Bank, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath equalled 49 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Charlie Crow, 20, of Pinfold Lane, Anderby. At Skegness, unlawfully and maliciously inflicted grievous bodily harm. Committed to detention for six months, suspended for 18 months. Simon Rhodes, 50, of Byron Street, West Bromich. At Spilsby, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment in that he sent text messages, phone calls, and attended an address. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made. £21 victim surcharge. £85 costs. At Spilsby, on the same date, committed the same offence against another individual. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Restraining order made.

Adrian Clarke, 34, of Skegness (given as ‘unsure of full address’ in court register). At Doncaster, had in his possession a quantity of cannabinoid receptor agonist – a class B drug. £100 fine. £32 victim surcharge. Quantity of cannabinoid receptor agonist to be forfeited and destroyed. To be detained in the courthouse until the court rises.
